Our goal at Wicklow Christmas Market’s Santa Express website is to make your purchasing experience easy and efficient, so we can get you on your way to our Santa Event as quickly as possible.
The following Purchase Policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process for Wicklow Christmas Market Santa Express tickets. The following are the rules or “Terms and Conditions” that govern use of the Wicklow Christmas Market Santa Express website.
By using or visiting this website (hereinafter “Site”), you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing this web site. Wicklow Christmas Market, hereinafter “Wicklow Christmas Market” and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Wicklow Christmas Market”) reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this web site. Wicklow Christmas Market’s Purchase Policy:
When you pay for your ticket booking online by credit or debit card, you will automatically receive an email by return to the email address you entered. It is therefore important that you enter your email address correctly. NOTE The email may take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox so please be patient! Also emails can go into your spam, clutter, promotional or junk folders, please check all.
Your confirmation email is your ticket/proof of purchase, please bring it with you on the day of your Santa Visit.
Admittance will not be permitted without the confirmation of booking.
When you arrive at Wicklow Christmas Market, present your printed Ticket at the Santa Express Check-in up to 15 minutes before your Santa Express is due to start and you will receive your Passes in.
Keep your printed Ticket and Passes with you at all times as you may be asked for them during your Santa event.
Please remember, all purchases are subject to /debit/credit card authorisation and billing address verification, which may take place after initial confirmation has been given. Tickets purchased on the Wicklow Christmas Market website may be subject to a non-refundable debit/credit card charge.
It is advised that you collect your admittance Passes a minimum of 10 minutes in advance of your chosen Santa event time. Regrettably, Tickets and Passes cannot be posted out.
If your chosen Santa event time is cancelled or rescheduled by Wicklow Christmas Market, we will endeavour to contact you either by phone, e-mail or letter with the contact details you provided at the time of booking. If the event cannot go ahead due to Government restrictions , you will receive a refund minus the booking fee.If the train has cannot run for weather or technical issues ,You will be guided by our staff via a short walk to the Santa express experience.
Therefore it is very important that you give contact numbers when you are booking your tickets.
Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to or during the Santa Express events, however, the availability and timing of these additional tickets may be outside the control of Wicklow Christmas Market.
For queries about a purchase you have made, please email info@santaexpress.ie quoting the Ticket reference number printed on your emailed paid Ticket.
TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE:
Like most event ticket providers tickets are non-refundable – we URGE you to check your dates, and the number of people travelling BEFORE you process as we cannot change train details.
COVID-19
Due to the ever-changing nature of public health advice, there may be a chance our event may not go ahead, tickets will be fully refunded minus the third party booking fee .
Wicklow Christmas market follows all Covid-19 rules, regulations and guidelines set by the government.
For safety reasons, children must be supervised and under the control of responsible adults at all times. Unaccompanied minors under 16 years will not be allowed to participate in the Santa Express. It is the responsibility of the adult in charge to supervise the children in their care at all times and to establish if the gifts received during the event are age-appropriate regarding small parts and allergies etc.
Passengers with Wheelchair requirements
Passengers who require the use of a wheelchair for their Santa Express event must provide a suitable wheelchair themselves, which is compliant with all appropriate health and safety standards. They should notify Wicklow Christmas Market at info@santaexpress.ie to request additional support if needed at least 48 hours prior to your Santa Express experience

Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of Wicklow Christmas Market.
Passes can only be collected from Wicklow Christmas Market’s Santa Express Check-In. They will only be issued on presenting printed proof of the Paid Ticket you received at the time of booking.
Please check your Tickets and Passes carefully when received, as mistakes can only be rectified at the time of issue. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the date and time on the Tickets.
Wicklow Christmas Market’s Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made, but admission will not be possible under any circumstances after your ticket start time. The Train must leave on time.
WE REGRET THAT TICKETS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, REFUNDED OR CANCELLED AFTER YOU PURCHASE THEM

Tickets are sold subject to the Wicklow Christmas Market’s Management right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange Tickets.
Wicklow Christmas Market operates a no smoking, drinking alcohol and prohibits the taking non-prescription drugs Policy.
The unauthorised use of photographic equipment to record children other than those under your own guardianship is strictly prohibited. Video cameras or any type of recording equipment is prohibited in the event.
Wicklow Christmas Market does not accept responsibility for the personal property of its visitors.
Wicklow Christmas Market advises that all participants are appropriately dressed as this is an outdoor event.
